A little about me…

I work as an assistant pastor at Pearl Church, helping with the music, liturgy, event, sound, and education ministries.

I also run a small business called John Ross Music and Production, providing music and sound for weddings and parties.

I’m lucky enough to be married to Marissa, who currently works at Gresham Toyota in the finance department. We have a dog named Shasta (possibly the smartest dog in the world) and recently joined a bowling league… this was short-lived however as we are very poor bowlers…

We like playing tennis, going for walks, eating good food, etc. I really like pitch and putt golf and am a bit of an ESPN junkie. I enjoy reading, especially theology and church history (a subject i pursued in Master’s work at George Fox Evangelical Seminary). 

I grew up in Salem, OR and attended McNary High School. Undergrad @ Multnomah Bible College and internships at Evangel Baptist Church and Crossroads Community Church.
